Spa Etiquette

Expect that your visit and spa experience with us will be one that will bring you much relaxation and enjoyment.

Staff:  We have gathered the finest qualified staff to form the Magnolia Spa team.  You deserve, and we will provide, the highest quality service and the best results from your treatments.

Cell Phones:  As a courtesy to other spa guests, cell phones and pagers should be turned off and be kept in your private locker during service.

Plan to Arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to relax and enjoy the serenity of the environment in our private relaxation rooms.

Special Amenities:  Private Changing Facilities, showers, steam rooms, saunas and vanity products are provided for your convenience.  Please take advantage of our heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and exercise facility located in the atrium.  Robes, slippers, complimentary fresh fruit, gourmet snack mixes, citrus water, and herbal teas are always available.

Late arrival will result in your service being limited. Full price for the service will be charged.

Cancellations:  A minimum of 6 hours for services is required or full payment is due.  Packages require 24 hours notice and groups of 4 or more require 24 hours cancellation.

Spa Packages:  All packages durations are approximate and service sequence is not guaranteed.  Packages must be reserved by credit card or gift certificates.  If cancellation is received in less than the 24-hour required notice or you fail to honor the appointment, your credit card or gift certificate will automatically be charged.  It is recommended that you plan your package at least two weeks in advance for optimum service.

Effective Treatments:  All of our services are designed to provide maximum results in minimum time.  Our therapeutic treatments focus on restoring you to your optimum skin health and total body wellness.

Gift Certificates:  Give the ultimate gift of wellness.  Our Gift Certificates can be used for treatments or products.  You may purchase your gift certificate at our spa or you may call us with your credit card and we can mail the gift certificate direct.  There are no refunds on gift certificates.  Gift Certificates will be redeemed at face value only.  All prices are subject to increase without notification.  Magnolia Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gratuities:  An 18% service will be automatically added to all services.

Payment:  Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted.  We do not accept personal checks.

Parking:  Complimentary Valet or Standard Parking is available to all spa guests.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hours:  7:30am-7:30pm, 7 days a week.
